August is a welcome time of new beginnings! Ahead of our students’ arrival, our newest employees get their own crash course on all things Prospect Sierra. These special welcome days are dedicated to learning the mission, history, and culture of our school through storytelling, introductions, and campus tours. Faculty spend time connecting with school leaders and each other, practicing circles, and learning about our values.

We can’t wait to see these experienced teachers bring their unique talents to their classrooms this fall! 📚
