Nothing Beats the Joy of Buddy Time!

Nothing beats seeing our younger students step onto the middle school campus for the first time or witnessing our older students return to their elementary school days! Hugs, joy, and laughter fills our school. This cherished tradition at Prospect Sierra allows older students to mentor younger ones while giving everyone a chance to explore different classrooms, campus experiences, and curricula across grades.

So far this year, 2nd graders visited their 5th grade friends at Avis AND went across the street to connect with TK buddies. 3rd graders interviewed their kindergarten buddies and played games with them in both the big and small play yards. And 7th graders walked over to Tapscott to eat lunch with 4th graders before learning about their latest project on the California Missions, which examines the impact on Indigenous people and how they resisted!
