THE PROGRAMS
K-5th Grade Students
Tapscott Elementary School - 2024 Summer Program
For Rising K-5 students, each camp includes a group of 12-30 students led by 1-2 Summer Lead Teachers and a Summer Teaching Fellow.
Every morning at camp, your child will be highly engaged. They’ll build on their existing skills while learning new ideas in core subjects like literature, math, writing, science, engineering, history, and music.
Camp afternoons focus on outdoor play, movement, exploration, physical education, and mindfulness. Our aim is for every child to come home looking forward to a good night’s sleep so they can return for more!
One week of Tapscott’s Summer Program includes:
- Eight (8) hours/day of childcare at Prospect Sierra
- Kids spend their week in grade-banded camps: K-1st, 2nd-3rd, and 4th-5th

- Low student-to-staff ratio

- *As of March 2024, we no longer require students to have Covid vaccination to attend
