Raquel Sustaita

Raquel Sustaita, Elementary Spanish Associate Teacher, was born in Aguascalientes, México, and first started working with children as an elementary teacher in México. Raquel taught 1st and 2nd grades and realized that teaching was her calling. She has lived in the Bay Area for almost 30 years now, raised three children, and enjoys drawing scenic views, walking her dog Daisy, listening to music, and cooking Mexican dishes for loved ones. She’s thrilled to be back in the classroom and helping to make a positive impact in students’ lives.
